# Cancelar Serviços
Em alguns casos será necessário o cancelamento da prestação de serviço em determinado **Ponto (cliente)**. O aplicativo irá permitir registrar o motivo do cancelamento.
Para cancelar, ao abrir o **Ponto (cliente)** clique no ícone **Cancelar Serviços** .
Ao clicar no ícone, será exibido uma listagem com todos os motivos cadastrados pelo seu setor de **Planejamento**. Informe a que melhor se enquadra com a situação.
O cadastro dos motivos é realizado dentro do modulo **Planejamento**, no programa **Cadastro de Rotas** abra uma rota qualquer, selecione qualquer ponto e clique com o botão direito do mouse e em cancelar, também inserindo o **Motivo**. Ao finalizar clique em retornar para não alterar a rota atual.

Após escolher o motivo adequado o sistema irá solicitar a confirmação e ao confirmar aquele ponto da rota será encerrado.
Clique em **Sim** para confirmar ou **Não** para voltar.
